Tui-Na Massage

Tui Na (pronounced “twee-nah”) is one of the four main branches of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), alongside acupuncture, herbal medicine, and qi gong. Practiced for over 2,000 years, it’s based on the idea that health depends on the smooth flow of qi (vital energy) through the body’s meridians. When this flow is balanced, the body can heal and thrive.

Techniques
Tui Na uses a variety of hands-on methods to restore energy flow and relieve tension, including kneading and pressing, rolling and stretching, pushing and grasping.

Benefits
Tui Na supports both physical and emotional well-being by:

  • Relieving pain and stiffness in muscles and joints
  • Improving circulation and promoting natural healing
  • Reducing stress and calming the nervous system
  • Restoring balance to body, mind, and spirit
